All products listed on the EPC Market online store are new factory sealed and retail packaged with full
manufacturer warranty.

in 24 hours

Order Processing
Orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24 hours of receipt unless received after 3PM Pacific Time (15:00),
in which case they will be processed the following business day.* Once processed, your order will ship as
indicated under availability on the product page. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has
shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the
delivery.
* Note: All orders are subject to price change by the seller.  In the event a price change occurs, the seller will
notice the customer about the change before the order delivery.  All orders are processed securely through the
Yahoo! Shopping Network. For big size products, such as portable air conditioners, refrigerators and massage
chairs, the shipping fee is in fixed, please choose the shipping method- "
SPECIAL" for a fixed shipping cost.  
Accordingly, we will adjust the shipping cost difference to your credit card.  Please see the detail delivery
description of these products or call us toll free at 1-866-210-1688.
All these products come with at a complete one year manufacutrer warranty and E-mails, normally, will be
returned the same business day.

Forms of Payment
EPC Market accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is
no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address
and telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment
of your order.

Credit card charges are made online via secure shopping cart and processed through VeriSign online process
gateway. You can also make credit card orders by phone. EPC Market does not process any credit card
transactions over Emails.

EPC Market also accepts money orders and cashier checks. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money
order or cashier check.

*Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. EPC
Market will make every attempt to meet shipping deadlines.

Order Status
Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation via Email that your order has been received. To
check on the status of your order, please contact Customer Service or call 1-(866) 210-1688.
Credit Card Declines
If your credit card is declined during order processing, you will be notified via Email and/or by telephone within
24 hours. You will have 7 days in which to contact us with a different credit card number or alternative payment
method. If after 7 days we have not received a response, your order will be canceled.

Free Shipping/Delivery
Some items listed on EPC Market are offered with free shipping. This only applies to items shipped to addresses
inside the contiguous United States.

Drop Shipments
For 3rd party drop shipments, it may take 2 extra business days to process the order.

Trucking Deliveries
All trucking deliveries, including free deliveries, are made via trucking and local transit companies (if available in
your area). Unless otherwise stated, standard delivery will be curbside only. You will need to be prepared to
unload the package once it arrives. You will be contacted prior to delivery to schedule a convenient drop-off
time. If you require special handling, please contact the Service Department prior to ordering to make
arrangements. Additional charges may apply to all deliveries, even if "free delivery" is stated for the product in
question. These charges are due to unusual road/driveway circumstances that restrict, hamper or delay
delivery. Products delivered by trucking can not be canceled once the trucking company has picked up the item.

Damaged Shipment  
Before signing for any trucking delivery, examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found, make
certain the delivering agent notes the damage on the release form. Customer must notify a EPC Market service
representative within 5 business days if product arrives damaged or defective, so a RMA claim can be made.

For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to
prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important
steps if there appears to be shipping damage:

1) Quickly contact your local UPS, FedEx or Postal office for a Damage Inspection report.

2) Request that UPS, FedEx or Postal office return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.
Please do NOT return the merchandise yourself. This may delay your reorder or credit.

3) Please feel free to call or email our Customer Service Team with any further questions. Please note, vendor
policies for handling defective merchandise supersede EPC Market's policy. EPC Market will not issue credit for
products damaged in shipment after 24 hours of receipt

Out-of-Stock Items
If for some unforeseen reason an item is no longer available, or will be backordered for an extended period of
time, you will be notified immediately.

Sales Tax
No Sales Tax will be collected (except for shipment to a California address).
California - 8.75%: If your order is being sent to a  California address, a sales tax of 8.75% will be collected.

Returns Information

Defective Product Returns:
EPC Market offers a 30 day (from the date customer received) replacement policy for defective
products(shipping charges are not included). Prior to returning any item, please contact the manufacturer to
confirm the item is defective

Please note that once delivered, the products listed can not be returned for credit. Any item delivered via
trucking can not be refused or returned for credit once in transit. If a trucking delivery is refused, charges will be
incurred. These charges may include, but are not limited to, delivery and return transit costs and storage fees.

Non-Defective Product Returns:
Non-defective ("Buyers Remorse") products can be returned within 7 days if returned unopened. For a "buyer's
remorse" return a 15% restocking fee may apply and customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Items that
have been opened can be returned, but will be subject to shipping charges plus 15% restocking fee to cover
testing, cleaning, and repackaging expenses. In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge (up to 100%) will be
assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts.

Return Notes:
All returns must be pre-approved by applying for a Return Authorization Request Form. To accomplish this,
please fill in the returns authorization request form, including a detail reason for returning. Not providing the
detailed information requested will delay the returns process. Any item returned or refused without applying for
an Return Authorization Request Form, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once your request has been
received, you will be contacted within 5 business days with a Return Authorization number and instructions for
sending back the item(s). The Return Authorization number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only. You must
re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all components, materials and
documentation. If you received your item double boxed, it must be returned in this manner. Once shipped, Email
the tracking number(s) to us with your order number. We will notify you via Email of your refund once we have
received and processed the returned item(s). Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of
mis-shipment. Please allow 1 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account.
